Thanks Matt! All I had to do was click on your link and Thursday's interview started playing. I think I caught most of it. It starts with "Love is Dangerous" which has zilch to do with what Rick's doing these days.

He was asked about his Grammy night -- and of course, the interviewers asked about the Taylor Swift performance. He said Taylor had hit a few 'clinkers', but his comments were something along the lines of 'playing live at the Grammys is a lot trickier than you would think, sometimes the monitors aren't working properly and you can't hear right'.....and something like she's just a girl, of 20? Give her a break.

However, he said Stevie did a great job.

I think he said something about new management for the MFBB, and they'll probably be doing some more touring in 2010. Yay!

The interviewers kept dwelling on his FM days. Why? It surprised me, when asked why he (and Stevie) left the band when they did, he seemed to by saying it was mainly because Christine was so unhappy at the time. I might have misinterpreted that....might have to listen to that part again.

TrueFaith, if you're still a fan of the Island Rumours Band, Rick did say they'd made a DVD that may be released....however, that band is not very active these days.

Thanks again Matt.

Oh, thanks for the summary. I definitely want to hear the Christine mention.
