Default Cover of "Sunny Side of Heaven"

Sharkey and the Sparks are Sharkey McEwen, guitarist for Gandalf Murphy and the Slambovian Circus of Dreams, and his teenage son Ben McEwen. Sharkey plays guitar and drums on this track. The Slambovians are a favorite band of mine; they play hard-to-describe folk-Americana with great songwriting and a dash of mysticism.

Sorry, I couldn't get beyond the first minute after they erroneously attributed it to Bob Welch. If somebody is going to cover a song they need to give credit where credit is due. How can they get that wrong?

A correction has been made in the comments about the song, but I don't know if they'll correct it in the video itself. There has been considerable discussion about the recording on the band's Facebook page, so maybe Sharkey will take the time to fix the video. Anyway, I think it's a nice cover, but I'm inclined to like it since I enjoy the performer's other work, and I've gotten to know him a bit interacting at shows.
