Have you heard her newest record, "A Boot and a Shoe"? I would recommend it to anyone. It's stunning.
No I haven't. She's one of those artists I always think I should see what they're doing now because I love the album I have. I'll look into that one.

Can't tell you how many times I've said the line I left my conscience like a crying child to myself... LOVE THAT!

But "Same Rain", "Strawberry Road", "When I Fall", "Fighting With Fire"...I just love her vocals!!!

What he said. But mine happened about 10 years earlier! I've actually got SYW, Christine's ITM, and Bob Welch's "My Fleetwood Mac Years and Beyond" in an awesome three-way cd rotation right now!

Hi Brian, you sexy man!

Sam has put out three records since Martinis and Bikinis, and they're ALL good, but A Boot and A Shoe is simply awesome. It was my favorite record of last year, hands down. It and Fan Dance, the one she put out before the new one, are both pretty different from her previous work- they're stripped down, with much more of a focus on her vocals and the instrumentation- acoustic guitars, strings, etc. If you check it out, let me know- I'd like to hear what you think!

Sam also scores Gilmore Girls on the WB

I LOVE those four songs too... "I Need Love" and "Strawberry Road" are my favorites. I also like "Signposts."

Blah blah I love Sam blah blah!!

Stevie is #1. Fleetwood Mac is #2. Same difference, pretty much.

Fleetwood Mac - way way ahead of the pack. Has been since I "discovered" them - almost 18 years ago. No band has ever come close.

Fleetwood Mac and Talking Heads will forever battle for first place. I could never decide between the two. It'd be like choosing one of my children.

Nope, that would be Blondie. Though the Mac is a *very* close second.

To be honest, though, I have a group of artists and bands that I consider myself BIG fans of. Blondie and Fleetwood Mac would be at the top, along with David Bowie, Franz Ferdinand, and Bette Midler.

Hey, Ryan, another convert.

You've got good taste, Tiff. Next step is getting some Franz, dear.

That's it, I'm sending Debs a letter outlining why she should fire her publicist and hire us.

Make sure you mention the totally awesome and cute redhead that met Clem before the Cleveland show in May '04, and who was also right up front, acting like an idiot every time Debbie came near her [cough]ME[cough]. She'd DEFFINITLEY write back after hearing that.

Yes, the proof is in the pudding, after all.
