I actually look forward to it - seeing as how I am a math nerd

Actually, I like to see exactly how APPALLED I can get at the ridiculous things I see in the tax code

Of course, I do not have a complex business that I own or anything like that. So, mine are usually pretty straight forward

I have never practiced tax law - though I initially thought about being a tax lawyer I just love to see how the special interest groups insert their pull in the code and how the govt. tries to influence society with it. But, yes, the code is a sadist

I need to get an accountant who can figure out how to get me some decent tax breaks. As a single, childless woman, I just don't get any breaks other than the income I throw in my 401K. I'm trying to figure out now if I can contribute money to an IRA--or do I have to use a Roth-IRA because I have the 401k. I'm just waiting for the FBI to show up at my door after I file my taxes: here's what my charitable contributions look like: Planned Parenthood, Amnesty International, Kerry/Edwards, the Democratic Party. . . you get the drift. I'm pretty sure they'll declare any of us who donated to the DNC as "enemy combatants"!
