Default The Say You Will Years - Deluxe Box Set

This is my dream for a SYW era Box Set..

Disc One - Original Album

Disc Two - Various Bonus Audio Tracks
Not Make Believe, I Am Waiting (w/Stevie), Love Minus Zero, the Say You Will radio single edits, Any mixes that Chris Lord Alge originally did, any alternate mixes that Mark Needham did at the start of the project. The AOL Sessions live tracks of Peacekeeper and Say You Will.

Disc Three & Four - Live In Boston Complete Audio

Disc Five & Six - An unreleased soundboard from the tour or composite of multiple dates
Includes live versions of Destiny Rules, Running Through The Garden, Red Rover etc.

DVD - Live In Boston
DVD - Destiny Rules Directors Cut
DVD - TV Appearances and Music Videos
VH1 Backstage Pass, Today Show, Tonight Show, AOL Sessions etc. Getting all of the rights to these is probably impossible.
DVD - BluRay Mix/Atmos (Similar to the SACD release)

I like this. I'd love more rehearsal footage too. Like when they rehearsed Everybody Finds Out and Illume.

Also live version of Don't Let Me Down Again, Sara and I Know I'm Not Wrong.

The original Say You Will album is essentially a double album, right? 18 songs - only two more would have made it a double?

It would be great to hear a cleaner version of Don’t Let Me Down Again from that tour. It sounds like a bit of a train wreck on the YouTube video that’s up.

My dream Deluxe Box Set has Christine on the album as a third writer. Can you imagine, had they done that!

It would have been perfect with Temporary One and In The Meantime songs. That Lindsey was evil!

Agreed. Who else has a dream track list for an alternate-universe Say You Will that Chris got to record on?

Temporary One
What's the World Coming To
Friend
Thrown Down
Easy Come Easy Go
Say You Will
Peacekeeper
Come
Smile At You
Bad Journey
Steal Your Heart Away
Bleed to Love Her
Everybody Finds Out
Destiny Rules
So Sincere
You Are
Say Goodbye
Goodbye Baby

18 tracks of anything is too long, IMO, for any(most) album to be cohesive.

I would have LOVED a studio version of Temporary One. As it is, the live version still is a joy.

In my alternate universe, Buckingham Fleetwood McVie released “Gift of Screws” in early 1998, so that material would be off the table.

After splitting up with Eddy, Christine saw a therapist and worked through whatever issues she was having and remembered she was Christine F**king McVie. Thus, a 2003 album with Christine would have looked like this:

What’s the World Coming To
Friend
Thrown Down
Easy Come, Easy Go
Peacekeeper
Say You Will

Giving It Back
Destiny Rules
She Smiled Sweetly
Anything Is Possible
My Little Demon
Goodbye Baby

LROOE is waaaaayyyyyyy too long. I edited it down myself.

And I'm not a Bruce fan at all. Bleck.

Long Road Out of Eden is a road that is way too long. And I like The River but I could totally edit it down to 10 songs and not lose a minute of sleep.
