Just as frustrating we never get a full Mirage show on CD, why can't we get her 1981 full solo concert live on CD? Blue Lamp, Think About it, Leather and Lace, Bella Donna, etc

Maybe they think Blue Lamp and Think About It are not well known enough to include on a live album release?

Yes I stand corrected, most of the concert was included in the Bella Donna reissue minus Think About It and Blue Lamp. Both really fantastic live too. I think space was probably the reason since it was only one CD.
I could never understand why Leather and Lace was cut from the HBO show. Leathe and Lace was the single on the charts when the show was recorded. They edited Outside The Rain too. I know HBO only had 60 minute concerts but to cut the current single was odd.
