Yea, but have you ever heard another voice call through the door?

Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it only called a landslide when it’s land (I.e dirt, mud, rocks, etc) falling and an avalanche when it’s snow falling? Since the song is set in snow-covered Aspen, wouldn’t anything falling down be an avalanche and not a landslide?

$he's also been in the Army for 47 years, so $he's not the brightest bulb on the tree.

You wouldn't say that to Bob Dylan.

Seriously, in her defense, "Well the avalanche will bring you down" doesn't sound as poetic.

Likewise, the song Behind The Mask is the only Fleetwood Mac studio album track released in the 90s on which she has a sole writing credit.
Very interesting. But actually Christine has sole writing credit on Everywhere, too.

Still, I think what this shows us is that she is much more generous with co-authorship.

Hey, they say I’m a silly girl, too, so…

Technically, One More Night is sole writing credit, too, but it’s not for a studio album…

Yes, according to Mick's first book:

But Buckingham Nicks enjoyed one last gasp. Right after they joined us, someone in Birmingham, Alabama called up and asked them to headline a show. Twice in the previous year Buckingham Nicks had opened shows there; the local radio played their album, which enjoyed strong local sales. So they flew off to Alabama with three other players and discovered that Buckingham Nicks had sold out a six-thousand-seat hall! And the audience went nuts when they came out. Their minds were completely boggled. Unknown in L.A., unable even to get a cheap gig somewhere, they were heroes in Birmingham. They played several dates of this great Buckingham Nicks Farewell Tour. At the last show, Lindsey announced that they were joining Fleetwood Mac, and the audience could only gape, silently. What, Lindsey Buckingham wondered, were they getting themselves into?

Ever notice…

Christine still has not acknowledged her 1973 affair with Martin Birch—and Mick has never written a word about it, despite the Bobs spilling the beans during their respective Q&As.

Bob Brunning also mentioned it in his shabbily researched account of the band, though it’s not certain he isn’t merely plagiarizing the other Bobs.

Edit: Also not suggesting she should acknowledge it. Only that, if it’s true, which is likely given both Bobs confirming, then it is a significant piece of Mac drama conspicuously absent from official record.

Few want to admit to cheating, or being a ho. I mean with $tevie, the dalliances were so frequent that a time clock was installed bedside. But it seems Chris only had the manual login system.

But was it that simple (cheating and “being a ho”?). From what both Bobs have said, the McVie’s marriage was rocky at that point and John was often absent on benders. So, maybe she wasn’t being a ho at all. Maybe she was just finding love where she could.

Mind you—I also don’t think bring a straight-up ho is necessarily bad. I just think her (Mick’s) omission of this is odd, given that she freely admits to the affair with Curry Grant.
