And why did they let the last chick sing the "f*ck me on the floor" Beyonce song in a dress that nearly showed her cooch? Last year they made Amy Adams edit the "mattress dancing" line out of "Sin Wagon" by the Dixie Chicks. Was that one of the big changes for this season -- you CAN finally try to be sexy? (Not that the last girl was...)

Loved the chick with the wild fro & "Country Girl" (Carrie?). And the first girl was OK, but I'm SO sick of contestants performing "Heatwave".

Well, I've had enough of Mikalah too. I thought her performance ability compensated for her annoying personality, but I see tonight that I was wrong.

Nadia and Aloha were the highlights of the night. I voted for those two, and also for Vonzell and Janay, just because I think they can do better and would like to see them have the chance.

I know, this is the first time i've heard Mikalah, I couldn't believe it, her voice is terrible. Oh, god, she's like Fran Drescher. Help!

Yea, Janay choked pretty badly, but I know she can sing, so I voted for her. And Nadia, of course, she was awsome.

Oh, good! I missed Janay, but i saw a short clip of her singing, and it sounded ok. What happened?

Janay choked so hard. My favorite by far is Carrie. Her voice is gorgeous.
Mickayla was so friggin annoying......that voice....she just took the act way too far with the "hey Randy" or whatever it was in the middle of the song. She is sixteen and trying to act 26.
I think that chick Lindsay has a pretty voice but her song choice last night sucked. At this point, there are a couple whom I would not mind losing.

Can someone tell me about new format? How many people will be cut tonight and for how many more weeks will they work it this way? I am not sure I like it....I think, perhaps, they changed it.. as the old system was flawed in the sense that if you had three top singers in the same group..only two could go through. At least this way...the judges can see who is pulling in the highest/lowest votes all at one time.

Still of fan of cute Constantine..although I think I like his "look" more than his voice. I feel like I should be rooting for Fedorav as he lives right up the road from Marissa and I but he was sort of boring the other night. I do think he has potential..sort of reminds me of a cuter Clay.

Aloha & Carrie were amazing last night! When Carrie's first song started, I was like "no way, this can't be Tiffany!" And it was! Could've Been was one of my favorite songs at one time. Granted, I was 12, but whatevah! She was great. And I adore Nadia, she's probably my favorite girl right now.

Mikalah - eh. At times I think she's cute & at other times she's intolerable. Jessica & Vonzell were decent.

The rest all blend together - Sarah, Melinda, Celena, Lindsey, Amanda. Blah. They can all go home, as far as I'm concerned. Janay was obviously nervous, she was shaking like a leaf. Hopefully she'll make it to prove she can do better, but who knows.

Can't wait for tonight, even though I may just Tivo it to get through the dragged out hour.
