WHO owns the footage? HBO?

The title of this thread says this will be released on Spotify, but will be released on CD as well? I’m old school that way!

Videos would be awesome but I suspect there won’t be. Otherwise they likely would have released the concert on dvd as well.

I'm VERY doubtful of the video being released.

Disregard: this release is a mix of both 10/21 and 10/22.
At iTunes all songs are labeled 10/21, but I don't think it's reliable.

Amazon was the same way - everything labeled 10/21. I'm guessing the masters were not labeled properly or notes were lost over time.

I wouldn’t necessarily trust any of those dates on the labels of these releases. Best to trust your own ears. The HBO video seems to mix the two nights — remember that sloppy cut during “Sisters of the Moon” and the change of clothing during “You Make Loving Fun”?

Shame that the label can or won’t get its hands on the October 18 concert, a superior concert that features Henley on “Leather and Lace.”

Wait, what change of clothing during You Make Loving Fun? I’ve never noticed that before. And where is the cut in Sisters of the moon?

Yeah I’d love to see a video of Fleetwood Mac playing Leather and Lace with Don Henley. Wasn’t it just Lindsey, Christine, Stevie, and Don Henley or were John and Mick on bass and drums too? It’s been a while since I’ve heard that bootleg.

I’d love to get the full video from The Forum and the full video from the US Festival.

It seems like the full Mirage Tour videos are the most coveted pieces of Fleetwood Mac media amongst the Fleetwood Mac fandom community.

and I wouldn't be shocked if they applied the audio from one night to the video of the opposite night lololol

The HBO show has really, really bad edits. You never noticed the skip in beat in Sisters and the amateur splice in tape during Sisters? Right after Lindsey sings and Stevie comes out right before she takes the mic again. I am guessing they wanted the speaking in tongues night but the rest of the song was better the other night. So they are edited together rather badly. Also you can see right as the lights go out after Sisters a quick shot of Stevie bowing with a tambourine. They made it appear Sisters was the last song instead of Go Your Own Way.
I had not noticed clothes changing during YMLF but someone said for the HBO nights, Christine's keyboards were loaded with other prop organs that were not real or plugged in. I have no knowledge of that but I read that here.

The tape is spliced together right around 6:04. You can hear it and see it.

Yes for a double CD and a 3LP on Rhino store website. Ordered both today, release date is 20th September.

I really hope for a DVD but as already mentioned, I doubt it too. Nice if they fixed the awful splice in Sisters though.
