Default Rumours 5 Event 2023?

My spidey sense is telling me that something is brewing for 2023. A Rumours 5 event or shows.

I have nothing to go on but my gut. Anyone else getting that tingling sensation that something is gonna happen?

Sister,
honey, ....... Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies
John checked out, Chris said FM was done and has back and health issues, Stevie does not need FM money. Chris pretty much lost her voice

Are you Mick posting in disguise? No no no, you cant disguise. Is all this rubbish just to make Little Lies a hit?

But doesn't it always feel like this? There's no possible way XXXX can happen? Then it does,...

As she gets close to finishing her round of shows, Stevie might say something onstage, like “See you next year with Mac.” But I think she’d vastly prefer to do her own thing from now on, and she’s the linchpin, as we all know.

I'm with Stinky, here. John and Chris are just too old. That's the bottom line.

I was watching the 2018 tour on YouTube last night(the whole concert is on there), and man, Chris is looking so old....and that's 4 years ago. I think they've just aged out of the band. With no Chris, they'd HAVE to bring Lindsey back, and I seriously don't think that will happen. I DON'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN. It's time to call it another lonely day...

If they were all 10 years younger I would say most definitely they would reunite for one last cash grab tour. Chris could not do it. She could not sit and play keyboards and her voice is pretty much gone Women lose their voices before men in old age. We saw her struggle with vocals and practically not play keyboards during the last tour and with BuckVie. John was dragged through the last tour. I know Mick and Lindsey would do it without question though.
Getting old sucks. We must appreciate Chris overcoming her fear and coming back to the band for a few more years. Although we all had high hopes for a new album and tour. But we did get Buck/Vie which was a real treat.

At this point, just bill it as “Stevie Nicks featuring Mick Fleetwood” and leave the McVies alone.

They're only reuniting at one of their memorial services. (*)
The best we can hope for is that the four members other than Stevie have an embargo in place against her giving any long speeches. Perhaps a booby-trapped lectern that shoots a tranquilizer at anyone speaking over 10 minutes at a time.

(* Just kidding. John didn't even attend the Peter Green memorial show.)

There's part of me that thinks a Buckingham Nicks tour is still possible. The media would love the drama.

TEN MINUTES??? I think anything over a minute is excessive!

HEY STEVIE, SHUT.THE.F*CK.UP AND PLAY YOUR F*CKING SONGS. NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR YOU BLATHERING ON LIKE AN IDIOT.

Mick did post the other day that he's getting ready for something or getting ready to start talking.

I think they will do 5 shows maybe with the Eagles next year but they'll be with Neil and Mike.

If Lindsey was brought back, I think it would have to be the actual farewell. But I think Stevie would rather have their SalesForce concert be her last gig with FM and she'd once again fire herself before share a stage with Lindsey.

It certainly feels like something is in the works. Mick, Chris, Stevie and Lindsey have all been active on SM with Chris and Mick posting photos of the Rumours 5. I'm predicting 5 stadium gigs and headlining Glasto. Their voices are all shot but Lindsey will sample the **** out of it to at least make it sound like our band. Mike and Neil can stay with their bands and **** right off.

It wouldn't surprise me.

Obviously, never say never with Fleetwood Mac, but I seriously doubt Lindsey will be back. Christine and Mick might want it, but I think Lindsey burned his bridges with Stevie and Irving. After that interview, I can’t see there being any realistic chance of him coming back.

I'm afraid I must agree with this. Mick would be for it of course, and John and Chris would come back for limited shows and big cash, but Stevie won't.

I think if she really, really thought she wanted to do it (and could get them to give her at least 50% of the money -- seriously) she *might* do it... and I think azoff would probably back her on that... recall he said he was 100% aligned with Stevie and always had been. (Which is why I never, ever, ever understood why LB made him his manager.) But that's just playing "what if". It won't go. Not after the response she issued to his comments, where she tiptoed right up to the line of revealing the dirty laundry she'd publicly glossed over for years (her bit about since 1968 and multiple specific incidents)...
