At the big sold-out Forum show, Nicks grabbed a stuffed animal on the stage and propped it on Marilyn’s shoulder and neck. All sorts of fun stuff happened that night, and things got even more fun at the underground Supper Club beneath the arena.
Sounds like a fun show. When I saw her early in the Wild Heart tour, she was only in Joe's band and Stevie had only Sharon and Lori on backing vocals. I suppose Marilyn was doing double duty late in that tour?
Her vocals were just too powerful for Life In The Fast Lane and others as if she was trying too hard to be heard which got annoying really fast. She was Mariah Carerying up Joe's work

John McVie was in the audience tonight at the Hollywood Bowl and Stevie dedicated Landslide to him.

Very nice of John. I think his daughter is one of Stevie's goddaughter.

She also said John was a "guy she hung out with for 40 years" on her right side on the stage. Hmmm.

Has she ever told the truth? About anything?

I have zero doubts it was a song about a Welsh witch.

I suspect it was just his cardboard cutout.

How cool—and weird! I’ve never known John to attend any of the solo concerts in all my born days. Is it possible that some Mac members were using this concert as an opportunity to gather afterward for discussion, as they have in years past?

Didn't she marry John and his present wife while circling the wedding in a glass ball.

Concert in Phoenix tonight postponed.

From KTRX.COM:
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singer/songwriter Stevie Nicks has postponed her Thursday appearance in her hometown because of illness, promoters said.

Nicks and singer/songwriter Vanessa Carlton were scheduled to play Phoenix’s Ak-Chin Pavilion, but the facility said in a social media post Wednesday that Nicks was following doctor’s orders “for vocal rest.”

The 74-year-old was diagnosed with a non-COVID respiratory ailment. She played a show in Los Angeles on Monday night.

Concert promoter Live Nation said the show was postponed and rescheduling would be announced at a later date.

Ak-Chin Pavilion said it would honor all previously purchased tickets on the new date and that ticket holders would be emailed with updates.

Nicks, who is the only woman inducted in the Hall of Fame twice – with iconic band Fleetwood Mac and as a solo artist – returned to live performances in May after a two-year hiatus.

She canceled a handful of 2021 appearances scheduled at music festivals last August, citing the coronavirus pandemic.

Nicks is known for singing and writing hits such as “Stand Back, “Stop Dragging My Heart Around,” “Rhiannon,” “Gypsy” and “Leather and Lace.”

Best of health to Stevie. That stinks.
I guess she could do the show in November if the venue is open that deep into autumn.

Maybe she could book a few more California shows and a Vegas one for November.

I feel like there have been some hints that a larger tour is coming in 2023, and I'm curious to see if the new date is this year or next.

Yes, there could be a solo tour next year, especially since she has recorded three songs (including the Buffalo Springfield song).

If she does do a larger tour, please dear God let her shuffle up the song set. Ditch the covers and do your own songs from records you forgot existed. Total wishful thinking on my part. I know she won't change a thing.

I think the only way we'll get a fresh setlist is if she has a new album out.
It seems the sets are great when she's touring new music.
Look at how amazing the IYD Tour set was: 7 new songs, 3 TISL songs, and Leather and Lace for first time in 6 years. 24 Karat Gold Tour wasn't really promotion for the album but she did 3 new songs, 3 IYD songs, Gold and Braid, Crying in the Night, and samples of Wild Heart and Bella Donna.

2022 she has no album so she goes with the spirit of the post-TISL casino and sheds tours setlist because she doesn't have new writing released.
