Heart Sodajerker audio interview - great stuff!

https://www.sodajerker.com/episode-2...ey-buckingham/

lots of discussion of the solo work, past and present, stories and meaning behind the new songs, way he works on songs - really great interview.

no drama or bs, so probably won't be nearly as interesting to general public.

Thank you for tracking this and others down, Elle. I am listening now, with my essential oils diffuser on.

These guys really know how to ask interesting questions and there is not a lot of Stevie speak It's more about his music and production style.

Attar boy, David!

Wow, one of the best LB interviews ever. Lindsey seemed to think so too.

Great interview - the interviewers actually cared about the artistry of songwriting and composing and spent no time on tabloid fodder. Also listened to their interview with Jeff Lynne, which was similarly great.

Such a great interview. Listened on my walk home. They clearly did their research and are fans! LB seemed to enjoy it too.. Loved it

Yes, this is really one of the best interviews with Lindsey I can remember. How refreshing that they weren't tempted at any point to refer to any of the soap opera elements of his career, but were genuinely interested in how he works.

This has always been what has drawn me to his music - what a uniquely inventive, utterly musical person he is. I was listening again to 'I Don't Mind', and I just love it. How does he create a chorus that is full of such poignancy, hurt, irony, wistfulness?

We're lucky to have him!

What a great interview. They showed a lot of genuine interest, insight and respect. I think Lindsey was really taken aback and pleased to be asked about Timebomb Town and the like.
