Default Honey Ryder (UK Band) - An excellent Landslide cover

Hi guys

Apologies if this has already been posted but I recently discovered the UK band Honey Ryder (brilliantly named after the Bond Girl). They're kind of like the UK's version of Lady Antebellum and have been comapred to Fleetwood Mac a lot.

Their album, Marley's Chains, is out now and I would highly recommend it. I can see the comparison. Anyway, here's their cover of Landslide (which isn't on thew album). I LOVE it! We've all heard so many covers of it over the years and until now I always thought that only the Dixei Chicks one was any good.

I'm also posting the video for their recent UK single. You Can't Say That, which I think does have a definite Mac sound/style, particularly with the hamonies. I really like it so I'd be really interested to hear what you guys think.

Their most Mac-style track is called You Won't Find Me, which so far is an album track and I can't find a video for on YouTube.

I love finding new bands! Enjoy!

I'm sorry, but this band wants to sound like fm too much. It's almost embarrassing when I hear that second clip. That Landslide is decent, but also Very MOR. I liked Antony's Landslide à lot more.....

I have to agree with Mitzo, this is great music and certainly the most mac influenced we've heard since Rilo Kiley. Nicely arranged, sung and with a catchy hook, does that remind us of anyone in particular?
