Default New article on Rolling Stone website

The article says more early Fleetwood Mac rereleases from 1968 and before will be out soon. Nice, comprehensive article.

First I’ve heard of Chris McVie backing Martha Velez on an album in 1969.

I hope the Chicken Shack albums aren’t too far away.

Thanks for this. I listened to the songs. It sounds like Christine is handling the acoustic piano on these songs whereas a certain Brian Auger is handling the organ duties. The performers listed on the final song for example—a pianist and organist are playing simultaneously

Thanks. Christine's organ playing is quite different than the other organist's on these sessions.

From what I can tell, on most tracks, she is playing the piano. I'm assuming the instruments were recorded live (sans overdubs?) so she sometimes plays piano alongside another organ part.
