Interesting. I was reading when Janet Jackson's 5th single was released from Control, the road manager from America was driving in a car. When Janet's Let's Wait Awhile was on the radio, the road manager pulled off the road at a pay phone and told the band they had just been ripped off. America threatened legal action but it never came to that. Janet paid up and there never was any legal action.
