I'd love to hear a 1976 and 2024 comparison.

I’ve always preferred the 1997 version. But isolating her voice this way has given me a new appreciation of the 1977 vocals. Somehow her voice alongside the full band doesn’t land the way I want it to, but when it’s her with just guitar the effect is disarming. Fragile yet supple, she handles the verses especially well.

Her voice changed after 1978 and I really dig the dropped register, and the growls and scratches we hear on “Angel” and “Edge.” Still, this is evidence of her very pretty folk-country abilities.

It's the 6:08 version included in the Rumours Expanded Disc 2. I love when they isolate voices, instruments. I enjoyed a lot how they did that in the Classic Albums Rumours 1997 video.

I just checked I have 5 Silver Springs versions.
The one added to the Rumours CD
This one included in the Rumours Expanded Edition
the "Early Take" from Rumours: More From The Recording Sessions [Disc 3]
The Dance Silver Springs.
And Silver Springs Advanced Resolution Stereo Version included in Crystal Visions The Very Best of Stevie Nicks (Bonus version), though not sure if it's just a modified version of one of the previous mentioned.

I have not found any live version from a pre-The Dance Fleetwood Mac concert. Is there any? Cause they didn't added any in the concerts included in the Rumours or Tusk deluxe, expanded, etc. editions. That would be great, but don't know if they played SS on those tours.
