Default Promoting Lindsey in Kuwait

NEW YORK: Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham has recruited bandmates Mick Fleetwood and John McVie to help out on his second solo album in two years, and will launch a North American tour in September. “Gift of Screws” will be released on Sept 16 via Reprise Records, and is more rock-driven than 2006’s acoustic guitar-oriented “Under the Skin.” Fleetwood and McVie, play drums and bass, respectively, on several songs, including the title track. As for Fleetwood Mac, he said in March that the group is hoping to tour early next year, but downplayed reports that Sheryl Crow would fill in for retired member Christine McVie. The 27-city Gift of Screws Tour kicks off Sept 7 at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga, Calif., and wraps Oct 19 at Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York City.

Other stops include Moore Theatre in Seattle (Sept 9), Royce Hall Auditorium in Los Angeles (Sept 14), The Joint in Las Vegas (September 20), The Pageant in St Louis (September 29), Murat Egyptian Room in Indianapolis (Oct 5), Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ (Oct 11), and Berklee Performance Center in Boston (Oct 17). In March, Buckingham released Live at The Bass Performance Hall in CD and DVD formats. The disc documents a performance on the singer’s 2006-2007 tour in support of his last solo project, Under The Skin. Buckingham is reportedly working out distribution details for a new album due later this summer.

Nothing new reported here but had to print this cause I've never known any member of FM to be promoted in the Middle East.
