Default Fleetwood Mac 2013-Amsterdam

I was watching a concert from 2013 when they played Amsterdam. Stevie comes out talks about how they were all nervous backstage and they didn't know if they were going to get to play that night. Later she thanked the audience for waiting and being patient.

Does anyone know what happened and what Stevie was talking about?

quick search with "Amsterdam" will give you the whole thread describing what happened at that show - http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showth...ight=amsterdam

it was also the night when before the show started FM official account announced they were cancelling NZ/AUS leg because of John's cancer.

Here you go--there was a delay due to sound problems.

They cut 4 songs from the set.
It had incredible pace and energy! We waited for one and a half hour before they were able to start, but it was worth it; the show was tight, driven and full of emotion. I'll Never Forget it!

My first FM show ever and what an experience! I was afraid they were not able to play due to the technical problems, so glad they could, it was overwhelming!

Was a fantastic night! Over two hours late on stage but they more than made up for the delay with an amazing tight set.

+1

It was quite some show indeed. I remember I got the news of the cancellation due to John's illness right before that show while browsing the internet on my phone while waiting. I watched the show with a completely different point of view...

But the show had much much energy. One of the best I saw of them.
