Default The AMERICAN IDOL Thread.

Anybody else ready for another season, or do you watch? Of course, I am a big fan. I just hope this year is better than last year. They say this coming season is the best yet. We will see....

Chris

I have never voted. Just watched. I think if I really have a favorite this year, I just might.

Trenyce (Season 2) will always be my all time favorite.

I've only voted once. I never can get through.

I'm looking forward to it - but I hope it's better than last year.

Voted once too, for Reuben. I saw a preview of some of the awful auditions on an entertainment show. Oh man, that is the best part of the season!

My favorite part of the show is actually the first part, not because of the horrible singers, but it's where it stars the judges, my favorite part of the show. And I usually just watch the singing ever week in the slim hopes they'll do a Fleetwood Mac song. And sometimes I get a favorite, believe it or not, by favorite last year was the winner, Fantasia. And the year before it was Ruben and Kimberly Locke and also Kimberly Caldwell.

May I ask why? I'd rather watch bread mold than him.

He's quite...dull. Stage presence is something he's never heard of.

He's never heard of a hit record either and probably never will.

I think I just loved him. In hindsight I may have voted differently.

Yeah. He was a fad for awhile. I knew he would never produce good songs though.......just like Fantasia. Their musical style is not what is 'in' now.

I don't think I've heard anything by her. It sucks too because she was the best ever to be on the show.

Ruben's had some success. His first album was #1 and Sorry (2004) was quite big.

I guess that Kelly Clarkson and Clay Aiken seem to have found some success. Only time will tell however.

Tamyra Gray was, but like the others, her songs are crap. Whatta waste of a beautiful voice.
