Here's some bad news from today in the music world

"5th Beatle" Sir George Martin dies at 90 in his sleep

Rush announces that they will retire from touring

Rolling Stone's Bill wyman annouced he is battling cancer (

AC/DC's brian johnson risks deafness as well

I don't think that AC/DC will be able to continue. They've been through other lineup changes but don't think they can go through that all over again at this point.

They are primarily a live concert band, so I don't think they will just want to continue in a studio.

I haven't been much of a fan but they certainly made their mark.

Its sad to see the older great generation of artists,musicians and actors leaving us or retiring.There is nobody out there to fill their shoes. Certainly not Mr Bieber and his friends .

I can imagine Bieber on his computer, looking at the old clips, and thinking 'How the hell am I going to match this?'
