I loved the review from the Columbus Dispatch, especially the bit from the end of the review comparing Christine to a Super Bowl winning quarterback.

Thus far I am yet to find uploads for the following shows:
Madison Square Garden, NYC 10/7/14
Prudential Center, Newark, NJ 10/11/14
Consol Energy Center, Pittsburgh, PA 10/14/14
Air Canada Centre , Toronto, Ontario, Canada 10/18/14

I think there are YouTube videos for some/all of these but I've not found them on torrent sites yet.

nice audio of crowd singing with GYOW at MSG on 10/7/2014 - i recorded it by mistake, without knowing camera was on, and was pleasantly surprised how much it reflects the atmosphere up at the front -
