It's not confirmed at all that it's Robin's baby. I personally think it isn't, the baby is dressed as a girl and Stevie's hair seems wrong for the timeframe (and honestly I'm not seeing the "emotionally exhausted"?). I admit not 2 very strong arguments but I just have a strong feeling it's not Matthew.
