That is Holy Ghost Church located in the Federal Hill area of Providence. The last picture with the star shaped lights is also from Federal Hill.

if that was here i guarantee u not ONE car would be on the roads...lol the whole state of Georgia would shut down...they are freaking about this "ice storm" we are supposed to get tonight...issuing advisories, closing things already...lol..hasnt even come yet...just supposed to be freezing rain
