Default Green's first session as bandleader

Fifty years ago on this day, January 16th, Green recorded his first session as a band leader, recording four tracks as a power trio for producer Mike Vernon.

Of the four tracks, two instrumentals, ‘Curly’ and ‘Rubber Duck’, were released as a single under the name The Bluesbreakers https://smilingcorgipress.com/curly-turns-50-today/
