Stevie covered Face the Promise by Bob Seger really well.
I don't think Rick does much beyond "one offs"(like Mick's occasional blues shows). And I've seen Rick backing blues guys at clubs in Nashville. But I'm not certain. The occasional blues shows are the only posts I usually see from him.

I believe my friend Crystal was on Shakedown. Backing vocals.
I hated Like A Rock because of that commercial.

I never heard the song "Friend" until I actually heard it played on the radio today from some local college station. I recognized Christine's voice right away but Shazamed it just to be sure.

Really?! You'd never heard it before? It's a great tune, as are most of the songs on ITM.

If you're interested, here's a version of "Friend" with acoustic guitar, electric keyboards, and percussion:

Not Fleetwood Mac, but found out this summer that Crystal Gayle has a cottage about 500 meters from us, by boat.
Some neighbors noticed a place that was looking a bit neglected, and when asking around, found out from locals that it was Crystal Gayles. They then messaged her on Instagram, and she responded. She put them in touch with her husband, who arranged for someone to ck on it.
So I'm really hoping that they come up summer 2022, and I can swing by in the boat with my mistaken lyric glass that has "Donuts make my brown eyes blue" on it, and hopefully strike up a conversation!
Or hope to see her at the docks and not stalk her at her place!!

She's 71 FFS, probably doesn't want to be bothered. Just bring the donuts.....

I have heard YMLF every day since Saturday. And today twice already. (Sirius)

What lighting director are you sleeping with now?

Now I know how the sun must feel, every time it shines.

It really is. Less repetitions than the electric album version and some propulsive keyboard work. Honestly, as a song, it’s as good as anything she sang on the Mac blockbusters between 1975-87.

Someone put in the comments of one of the versions, "Meantime blows away BuckVie!"

I disagree. Meantime is very good, but I prefer BuckVie. The combination of those two is what MADE FM for me. They compliment each other so well.

I actually like both equally. Fully agree what they both did with FM. I just don't think she's ever needed him like Lindsey tries to intimate. I think they compliment each other very well.
