I love hearing this song when it's unexpected.

I've been prepping to move for the past year, and I came across "the long boxes that CD's used to come in". I had a whole box of them I'd saved(yeah, I'm a little bit of a hoarder). Anyway, I threw them all away, except for Rumours, Tusk, Bella Donna, and Law and Order. I couldn't bear to make my hand let go, when they were hovering in the air at the recycle center.

I know that feeling. I still have some cassettes and the memory those items give me. Youth!

this week in 1981 Stop Draggin My Heart around was #21 on the charts....one spot ahead of Bette Davis eyes #22 and Pat Benatar Fire and Ice

Listening to the big 80s countdown. Heard Eddie Rabbit Step By Step. Have not heard that one since the 80s. Forgot how many country songs are in the top 40 in 1981.

No way, I hate country. I do like the pop country. Eddie Rabbit was king of the charts 1981-1982. That guy could take one sentence "I love a rainy night" and turn it into a catchy pop song.
The country rock or country pop can be good. But the raw real country, I hate it. Btw, didnt you say you husked corn listening to this:

I HATE that song.

No, I listen to REAL country. Lots of steel guitar, with sad, depressing lyrics. Seriously.
