Stevie even said herself that Oh Daddy was her favorite Christine song. That's reason enough to have it streaming in your top 10 list.

from FM On Rock Steady 1990: "With Lindsey it was to the point where Lindsey was really doing everything, and the rest of us weren't real included."–Stevie Nicks: https://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=59466

Maybe if Stevie and Mick weren't drugged out of their minds, he wouldn't have had to do it all?

When did John get sober? I forget...

She was a big star in 1986. You're lucky she showed the few days that she did.

Seriously, she was so checked out of the creative process. Didn't she Fed Ex her brilliant song When I see you again to the band when she was on the RAL tour.

Her note read:
Here. Do something with this.

To make the final cut, Lindsey edited out 5 whatsamatta babies and sang the ending and slapped it on the album

When you show up and do a vocal like this......what do you do? You tend to lean forward and find clever ways to imitate her voice

LUCKY $he showed up? The big $tar should have left the band and did her own thing for good.

I don't hate Wassamatta Baby as much as the rest of you. Granted it's a bad vocal, but Lindsey does save it, IMO.

You should donate your body to science so they can study it. You like When I See You Again and hate Oh Daddy.

Got it

I think John McVie got sober after The Dance.

Oh, I thought it was way before that. Like early 90's? I think it's in Mick's first book, but I've not read it for probably 10 years now.

John initially got sober during TITN. He fell off the wagon by The Dance. I think he’s had periods of sobriety and relapse. Not uncommon.

I think (hope) the cancer scare was the final straw with his drinking, but who knows?

Little Lies will be ear worming to a TV near you on Sunday as it is featured in an Amazon ad during the Super Bowl.
