Default Steve Winwood

Steve reminded me that Steve Winwood is touring this summer. Check out his websight. I saw this tour 2 years ago and it blew me away!!!

His latest album "About Time" is stellar work.

Check it out if you like Winwood....

I have seen him 4 times and each time was better than the last. I even saw him with Traffic. A great show. Thanks for the heads up.

I've seen him twice...both times with Traffic, the concerts were 20 years apart.

1975-Long Beach Arena, When The Eagle Flies tour
1995-Arrowhead Pond Far From Home tour

So, does anyone have the expanded edition of his new album?

I didn't see a Cleveland stop (i used to live there). But he is playing Dayton, which is a long drive from C-town.

How's "Voodoo Chile" sound?

After all, Steve played on Jimi's original version (with Jefferson Airplane's Jack Cassidy on bass) which is on the Electric Ladyland album. (for those who are "Jimi challenged")

It's only four hours. I've made the drive to see Peter Green as well as the Cleveland Barons.

Default hmmm...

that is too bad, he always has a good crowd at shows here. I might need to make the trip to Dayton, I have seen shows at Nutter and the drive wasn't to bad.
