Go Your Own Way is one of the best songs in rock and roll, let alone in Fleetwood Mac. It’s my choice and it’s not even remotely close.

SYLM is one of the most satisfying pop hit records on the planet. YMLF and GYOW may be (slightly) better songs, but there’s an irresistible charm to SYLM. Her voice, that piano, that chorus!

But the song Tusk is great, too.

No love for Dreams or SYLM. I guess we just hear them so much we are immune.

But even tho I agree with you about the studio track, at this stage of my life I enjoy hearing it when it plays on the car radio. It's just so refreshing to hear her young voice again, each time.

I chose SYLM because it's just a lovely, happy, perfect pop song. All 3 of them sing so good all the way thru and of course all the instruments are played perfectly.

I'll Never Forget(pun intended) it was YMLF that convinced me to buy the Rumours album. Back in those days I only bought singles. But I said to myself, "if their next single is as great as GYOW, Dreams and Don't Stop, I will def. buy the whole album." From that first moment the radio played it you could see me running to the store. And that was also the day I heard The Chain and GDW for the first time. My life was forever changed in that moment!!!!

I prefer the single version, with the extra guitar licks!

Yes. It is, IMO, the BEST song on the list—though SYLM is my favorite hit. YMLF. and Tusk are also favs

Watching Tusk during BuckVie made me love that song again.

I believe you also agree with me that that claim is bogus. I know the story fit perfectly for the 20 year anniversary video where Chris stated it was about Mick because he was the only daddy in the band. However the lyrics are clearly not about Mick unless Chris had a secret love affair with him

I think she has better taste than that. He's nasty.

My mind wonders if it was some sort of apology song to John. In the song she admits wrongdoing and admits he is the best thing in her life and cant walk away from him. It was written when she was with John? Or maybe the lighting director had 2 Rumours songs about him

I guess we'll never know. Since Dick claimed it as being about him, she(the company shill) seems to support his decadeS late claim.

I guess we'll never know whose D she couldn't walk away from....
