As far as I'm aware it never made it onto the album as Christine wasn't satisfied with the vocal. I've never seen the studio version available anywhere.

anyway here's a live version from Chicago -sorry I don't know the date

Chris had said that she'd like to release "Too Much Is Not Enough" as a B side single. As far as I know she never did.

really? I really liked the guitar riff... never liked when they add the vocals however... thought it was a great instrumental

Well, I guess it's all right. Like a lot of what Todd & George did on that album, it repeats with practically no variation the riff. I call that sort of thing "music for the band" because it's often more fun to play -- you get into a zoned-out, repetitive groove & just keep going & it can be very relaxing -- than to listen to.

well see this is where you and i agree... christine and lindsey often didn't have any variations in their grooves... so twas always nice when christine would add some cool improv vamping keyboards in places like the rhiannon solo...(pre stevie's belting parts)... i always finding myself wishing she'd done it more... i mean they held the beat rather well...

I wonder if anyone still has a decent recording of "Too Much Is Not Enough"... if they could share, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
