August 5 at Columbus Ohio Football Stadium.
Marketed as "Playing All The Hits"

I guess FM can't do a tour next year if Stevie's packing the stadiums.

I dont think they should tour.they are too old.
It would kill at least one of them.
But 2 maybe 3 humongous concerts.(I dont know the big stadiums, in the US, sorry) that would be a fitting, ending solution
Record them and put out the best clips to make a farewell concert.

Billy and Stevie - a great combination! As far as what they'd do together? Since Billy's band has performed "Whole Lotta Love" in the past (Feb 2022?), I could almost see this and "Rock and Roll" as candidates for "together" songs. Now THAT would make a memory for everyone attending these shows.

He'll be in the parking lot with a tin can begging for coins. He may even set up a makeshift booth selling Biddy's britches.

Maybe they should do one of his big anthems or one of the big Fleetwood Mac anthems.
  • We Didn’t Start the Fire
  • Uptown Girl
  • Say Goodbye to Hollywood
  • Go Your Own Way

Not exactly duets but songs where Billy and Stevie and all the backup singers just go hogwild at the end of both individual sets. Cheesy, but it’s what puts the chili in the mole.

Can you imagine Stevie trying to get the words to We Didn't Start the Fire right? She'd probably just riff her own autobiographical version, then halfway through give up and launch into one of her interpretive dances.

Desert child, Stephanie, you can call me Stevie
Arizona, Greyhound, moving to a new town
California Dreaming, shacking up with Lindsey
Fleetwood Mac, doing crack, letting all the fans down

Welsh witches, waitressing, cleaning lady, woe is me
Leaving Fritz, Rumours hits, I'm Queen of Rock and filthy rich
Tusk flops, Lindsey irks, why must he be such a jerk?
Bella Donna on the floor, I can't take it any more!

I didn't fire Lindsey
But my walls were burning
When he started smirking
I didn't fire Lindsey
But now he is gone
I can ramble on and on and on....

I like Vienna, The Longest Time, and The Stranger for Stevie to join on.
Billy has a high falsetto so I can hear him on Dreams. Perhaps Gold Dust Woman and Landslide with Billy too.

But she did do a co-headlinging tour with Chris Isaak in 2007 and they never did a duet. So who knows if they'll duet!

She would 100% have the kahunas to do that. And she would totally rework the packing up verse.

Imagine how low and monotonous she would have to sing itit would be such a mess Id want to see it

Yeah and she complained about the high parts when she was still in her twenties Delorous O'Riordan did a great job singing it on the otherwise pretty dismal Legacy album but Stevie in her current voice ..noooooo.

A ticket is just under $400 face value for 30-40 rows back. Wonder if they'll change the prices if the sales are bad.

After all, she did write it, and teach Lindsey the guitar parts. She's such a visionary...
