Arrow Fave SYW LB song?

I'm sure this has been asked millions of times, but hey, let's make it a million and one.

Everyone should know mine by now...but if not...it's Red Rover!!

This song speaks to my heart and soul like ISA. I think about the death of my grandfather when I hear it. This one makes me tear up. The guitars are amazing and there are certain notes in it that KILL me. I NEVER get sick of hearing it and it's one of those songs that I stop what I'm doing and just LISTEN to it....intently.

"Red Rover" is a masterpiece of the weirdness, and I love it. The only thing that I love more than "Red Rover" in that album is the beautiful, haunting and majestic "Say Goodbye". I think those two are the best songs that Lindsey ever did with Fleetwood Mac.

Song of the moment - Morning Rain

P.S. And both of them are already eliminated in the "Survivor" game in the Rumours Forum...

Murrow Turning Over In His Grave

And that's a big call considering we have the incomparable Red Rover and the immaculate Say Goodbye on the same CD.

But what can I say ... Murrow just does it for me

It starts off with that signature LB acoustic line, that seems to have more beats to it than necessary, he starts whisper-singing on what seems like the wrong beat, and from there the whole song is just chaos until the outro hits, and its like Lindsey is burning our brains with fierce flames of clarity.

And Mick's drums ... his best ever. The outro, is like a conversation between Lindsey's flame-guitar and Mick's thunder-drums!

Say Goodbye! That song is greatness; it's astounding. I love everything about it: the whispery vocal, the frenetic guitar, the harmonies. Such a masterpiece.

Runner-up is Murrow. I love that song.

I like them all, but I have to say at this moment the guitar solo at the end of Bleed to Love Her is perfection. Then again, so is the huge guitar sound at the end of Murrow. So, for now those two. As always, this changes daily or sooner!!

My favorites change daily, as I love them all......... but the two I hum constantly are BLEED TO LOVE HER and STEAL YOUR HEART AWAY. They are two of the prettiest love songs Buckingham's ever written, IMO; Lyrically, melodically, instrumentally.

"Miranda" is my favorite. Although, "Bleed to Love Her" might have been, had it not been on The Dance. I've developed somewhat of an immunity to it. Michele

I actually like almost all of Lindsey's songs on SYW. However, my favorites are Say Goodbye, Red Rover and Miranda.

I absolutely love "Say Goodbye". First time I heard it, I was hooked. Can't understand why more people don't like it. It has already been voted off on the "survivor" game on the other board.

Tie between Steal Your Heart Away and Red Rover. Each is terrific in its own way.

While I really am fond of 95% of Lindsey's songs on SYW the ones that REALLY stand out are:

Miranda
Red Rover
Steal Your Heart Away
What's The World Coming To?

The one surprise for me is I wasnt fond of Come on the album, however seeing it live was nothing short of intense! WOW! Made me re-evaluate that one!

Red Rover.

The guitar. The lyrics. The delivery. It took me a while to warm up to it, but once I did nothing compares.

Broke my heart to see it go so early on the SYW Survivor on the Rumours board...
