Thumbs up Bye bye Reds...

Nice knowing ya

The Phillies complete the sweep of the Reds.

As I said, don't count out the Rays, they're making a game of their series with the Rangers.

so true.

For some reason Cliff Lee hasn't been the success as a Rangers as he had elsewhere. I honestly don't see Lee staying in Arlington after this season.

Thumbs up Well...

The NLCS is set, the Phillies vs. Giants

Classy of the Giants giving Bobby Cox an ovation on the field after the game.

I'm going to miss Bobby so much! I've seriously grown up where Bobby is a known God. He can never be replaced

Yes, yes, yes... but, for the life of me, I still can't figure out how the Braves only won one World Series. Seriously, its unfathomable. Not saying its Cox's fault, but to me, that's what sticks out when it comes to the last twenty years of Braves baseball.

Thumbs up To quote Rangers announcer Josh Lewin...

"Ballgame!""

The ALCS is set.

I have to say the Yanks better be ready, and I cannot wait to hear Pay-Rod get booed in Game 1 in Arlington.

It's "Antlers/Claw" time

I know. The streak of 14 consecutive division titles is so impressive, and yet they only won the 1995 series. And with the pitching they had? Crazy.

Question In my opinion...

the winning of the consecutive titles may have been a reason why the Braves won only 1 World Series title during their stretch run (1991-2005) of being a dominating team in the NL East - the Braves always looked tired once they entered the playoffs.

Possibly too much emphasis on the division title wore the team out? Who knows I'm not a Braves fan, but even now I will say they should have won more than just one World Series title.

Oh I know! It's still hard to believe we've only won one.
