Meet the Parents
Wedding Crashers
Ghostbusters
Disclosure
Batman
(Michael Keaton)
The Ring
Fantasia
Sleepless in Seattle
Forrest Gump
Do the Right Thing
Independence Day
Little Miss Sunshine
A Fish Called Wanda
The Ten Commandments
It’s a Wonderful Life
The Wizard of Oz

And to hassle Jason: Audrey Roooose

Me too! I feel like I live in a vacuum because I am usually completely ignorant about all the movies out. Especially any big loud movie with explosions and computer generated imagery. Actually, I went last month to a movie (first time in about a year) and I thought my ears were going to explode from the sound of the previews. Holy smokes.

Moulin Rouge - Maybe one day I'll try to watch it with the sound off.

2001: A Space Odessey - I'm sleeping.

Braveheart - Sleeping again.

Miami Vice - The movie is a big ugly mess. Everything they got right on TV they effed up in the movie.

Shrek 3 - I really loved the first two. I just saw the 3rd last night & I want my hour and a half back.

anything directed by Clint Eastwood - It always looks like someone forgot to turn the lights on.

vehicles starring Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller, Will Ferrell - There's a huge difference between tongue-in-cheek and condescending.

I also hate the term "popcorn movie."

Most of these are a mild dislike or simply apathy, but the first one is actual hatred.

A Clockwork Orange
There Will Be Blood
No Country For Old Men
Lord Of The Rings
Harry Potter
Star Wars
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Godfather Trilogy
Scarface
Monster's Ball
The Assassination of Jesse James
Toy Story 1 and 2 (don't hate them, just don't get their wild popularity)
Any superhero movie

Most/all of mine have already been mentioned, but lets not forget the pile of excrement known as NAPOLEON DYNAMITE. And don't tell me that I "don't get it". I get the humor. It's still a piece of ****.

silence of the lambs...especially now since my husband treats it as a comedy...whenever it's on, I have at least three days of constant movie quotes

There was some very dark humor in the film particualry with Hopkin's portrayal of Lecter..but for that genre of film it is a masterpiece.
