Default GOS Redemption

I just got a email... two actually and neither of them was the right page to redeem my GOS cd that comes with buying two tickets to a gig. I managed to digup the proper link and post it here to save you the digging. Just enter the code you get via email... here:

Same here
Neither the link in the email, nor the link you posted worked. I managed to find the proper page to fill out all info through the Ticketmaster Website.
If you follow this link : http://www.warnerbrosrecords.com/buckinghamcd-faq/
you can proceed to the Warner Bros website to redeem your CD. But... i did get an error message after pushing the "continue" button and now i do not know wether my request has gone through or not.
The error message read:
"Our system encountered a problem.The error has been logged,and our technical department has been modified. We apologize for this inconvenience."
Did anyone else have this problem ?

The first time i tried the one in your 1st post it gave me the same webpage as the link in TM's email.
So i found the right page through TM's website and posted that link, but when hitting the "continue" button, i got the error message.
Just now , i tried the new (i think ) link in your first post and this gives me the right page, but again when hitting "continue" i get this ffing error message.
I'm going to try this again when i get home, maybe it works better from another computer/browser? If it still works at all that is, because i have filled in my redemption code several times by now. Keep your fingers crossed ....

Do you have a valid redemption code? When you hit the continue button something is going on on their end... the link I posted is fine if you can get there. This is the same page I used and it worked fine with my code.

Yes i do have a valid redemption code, received it from Ticketmaster in the email today.
And i have also sent an email to the adress you mentioned above.
I only hope it has nothing to do with the fact that i'm not a US citizen.
In any case, thank you for trying to help me out here Pix. I'll let you know how it develops

OK, i just received an email from WB apologizing for the faulty link and sending me a correct one. Sadly the new link gives the same result as the faulty one.
So back to square one ....

hey, how long did you guys wait in order to recieve the e-mail witht he code for the cd??? It has been a little over an hour, and still haven't recieved an e-mail....or am I just impatient???

I ordered my Nokia tickets on the 18th and received the code on the 24th, so hang on in there for another couple of days . . . .
