I'm not sure he's the only reason it wasn't played on tours with him. But he is a co-writer for that song. Like I think Chris and Stevie choosr which songs they want to do in the set/feel the fans want to hear. Thus, we got Think About Me, Sisters, 7Wonders.

It would've been nice to hear Midnight instead of World Turning on OWTS. World Turning I hear on classic rock fm radio; I don't hear Midnight

Be careful - you get rid of World Turning and Mick needs a new home for his 15 minute debacle. It’s possible that a 19 minute Not That Funny makes its return in that case.

My dream would be a 10 minute "crackhead" dance
10 minutes of Stevie pointing around the arena

Sadly...that’s not a dream as much as it is a reality for the last several tours!

I think Lindsey was behind getting their Tusk songs played on tour. I think he pushed for Beautiful Child and Storms, for example. His goal was probably to revive one lesser heard Tusk song per tour.

Stevie said during Live in Boston or during one of my 2004 Tour Bootlegs before doing Beautiful Child "They let me do it this time".

Who pushed for Stand Back? I can see Lindsey being the one because it's uptempo and was perfect for going into GYOW

I don’t think he wanted Stand Back, but they definitely liked to have a trio of “hot” songs back to back during that part of the show. They sequenced the sustained momentum of three consecutive pulsing songs.

Oh Stevie the victim....again. She’s the first person to offer up the “we have to stick with the hits” BS every time the topic of set lists comes up.

Right, I highly doubt that most of the rarities that were pulled out were actually Stevie’s idea nor that she had to fight very hard. I remember reading that Mick pushed for Sisters for a long time before they played it in 2013. But now that was part of her anti Lindsey mantra. Mean Lindsey never let her sing Black Magic Woman before!!!

Drop Dreams and replace it with IDWK, Angel, or That’s Alright. Take Landslide out and toss in When I See You Again
