I LOVE to cook. AND I'm quite good at it if I may say so myself. My specialty is indian curries. Built up from the bottom from fresh ingredients and those wonderful palets of spices, with whom I can perform magic.

Well sorta homemade. I buy the Avocados at the store and get this mix and put it together. Incidentally, whenever I eat at a Mexican place, I ALWAYS get extra Guac. It's god's food really.

you're goddamn right it is! i've never tried the mix stuff before. maybe one of these days i will. usually i either make my own or i buy a container of it from the grocery store.

The funny thing is whenever Derek and I go out to eat at this Mexican place in town, and I ordert the extra Guac, the expression on his face is priceless! Let's just say he doesnt care for it. Oh well, more for me!

Homemade is the best. You really need a food processor though otherwise it is just way too much work. Besides the avocado my recipe calls for lemon juice, garlic, tomato, onion, salt and pepper, and a jalapeno. It's pretty simple for something so good. Mmmm...
