^^^Yummy!

I made Crawfish Etoufee. I only had a small amount of crawfish, so I threw in a few shrimp, too. And a half an ear of corn on the cob.

One and a half new potatoes.

God, I wish I was kidding. I didn't like the orange... thing that was on my plate (yeah my mum's cooking is shocking, it was potatoes and the orange veg thing just on the plate) so she seems to think what I did eat is acceptable. Yaaaaay.

Trader Joe's Strawberry Greek Yogurt. And, a coconut "fruit floe" (popsicle).

And, about a half-gallon of Crystal Geyser.

Not a seafood fan here except tuna fish.

Last night I had thin Philly steaks on bread.

Topped it off with a Hershey's
chocolate bar with almonds.

Last night's dinner was chili (the typical red kind) with quinoa and sweet potatoes added. I thought it sounded weird, tooo - but was really, really good.

Saturday, I had a friend over for dinner and we cooked on the grill. Grilled eggplant, sweetcorn, and chopped potatoes, parsnips, carrots, onions, beets and herbs wrapped in a foil pouch with olive oil and cooked on the grill.
