They’re not done. Sorry.
There might not be another big tour, but there will be festival shows, small tours, etc. There could even be a death or two and more lineup changes. So long as the “Rumours” front cover is in tact, Fleetwood Mac lives on.

i'm thinking as long as Mick is alive, and he has some semi-known people he can recruit, he won't retire the name Fleetwood Mac. because obviously playing in 50-seaters with $400-$600 m&gs is not cutting it for his expenses. i do however agree that even if John and Christine left the band, Mick and Stevie would have no problem filling it with additional random people and calling themselves Fleetwood Mac.

Maybe they could recruit "Twisted Gypsy". Honestly I could see Stevie bailing after this. The whole premise of this tour was "She doesn't need them, they need her" She did suffer some reputational damage her, more than the rest. Per Mike (aka Lindsey 5.0) she's about to embark on a super long tour. Once the rescheduled gigs are done, FM is out of her mindset. |

The question is, while Stevie is out on the solo road, what does Christine who, by Mick's description, is the one most eager for work and asking "what's next, what's next?" do for all that time? She's already in her mid 70s. By the time Stevie rolls back into town Chris will be THISCLOSE to 80 Is she just gonna sit around and wait? Do her own solo tour? Play Mick's restaurant in Maui? Call Lindsey for another album? Record with Neil??

The Fleetwood-McVie Blues Band
Maybe get Mike Vernon to produce a new album. Dream scenario would be cameos from Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer.

Though not much revenue in a blues band touring the UK. |
