The Kimberly Crest House was the filming location for much of the Big Love video. I read the beach scene was filmed in Hawaii. This house was also used in the 1981 Linda Blair movie "Hell Night."

I found a March 1987 article with The San Bernardino County Sun, which discuses the creation of the music video. Tim Clawson, who served as the music video's producer, explains the selection of Kimberly Crest as one of the locations and also the filming technique used to create what he described as a "giant pullback" effect.

Thanks for posting. The article says they could not find the tambourine for Nicks so someone had to run to a music store to get her one. Correct me if I am wrong but Stevie is not seen with a tambourine in the video?

I hated that music note dress Stevie wore. But I suppose without a tambourine her hands needed something to do with that wide dress.

I rewatched the music video for "Big Love" and did not spot her with a tambourine. It's possible that they filmed some footage of her with the instrument and decided not to use it.
