Default Pre 75 Album Survivor- Round 1

OK I've been kind of burnt out on the BN era SURVIVORS. we've all done them in every shape way and form, songs, albums, songs in EACH album. BUT i don't want the pre 75 albums to be negleckted, so i felt we could do a fresh new survivor in this forum with the pre 75 era albums. Ok so let's vote one off.

Terrific idea. It's nice to see the yellow light on again on this board. I voted for Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac-the Dog and Dustbin cover.

Smile KEWL!

Yeah, this should be fun!

I say PBOGO as it's redundant now with the more essential "Complete Blue Horizon sessions" box being available. I guess you could say that with ER & DAD (PG'sFM) etc. too but I didn't vote for them because to me DAD & ER stand up better on their own than PBOGO does. It's not an "official" album really either too. JMHO though. I'm looking forward to other comments from others as well. I kind of amazed myself here that I didn't go with what many may deem the obvious choice here in "Penguin", I guess I've kinda grown to like that 'ol platter a little more recently.

Well..since Mr Wonderful wasn't listed, I had to go with Pious Bird Of Good Omen, for the same reasons John just mentioned...it is redundant compared to English Rose; which is a GREAT compilation...even though CBS/US tried to pull a similar thing that Capitol did with those early Beatle albums...pull together an album from three UK sources (Mr Wonderful, Pious Bird, & Then Play On also adding the never released in UK track "Something Inside Of Me". English Rose is "Da Bomb" of a "second album"!!!

Gotta get the riff-raff like Pious Bird Of Good Omen out of the way first before we get to Penguin.

I voted for Penguin but now I'm kind of regretting it... listening to it all together I don't dislike it as much as the first time I heard it. Plus it has "Remember Me" and "Did You Ever Love Me" and "Caught In The Rain" which are three cool songs.

It will stay anyway... we can vote it off next time...

You forgot Mr. Wonderful.
I would vote, but I only have the first 3 albums and I've listened to them once.

I don't think we have just eight members... One of them could break the tie...

Either that, or we could get rid of all the four albums...

I could break the tie if and when I vote.
