Oh, and I think part of dreamongypsykdm's point was that lux & bobo got a final strike for posting nude art pics (they were of Lennon, right? That is art, right?) after they were told to remove them, but Strand posted the same thing and no one is telling him to take them down, in fact a mod is praising them.

I, personally, don't care either way, although on the surface of things it doesn't look fair.

Lux's final strike was for full frontal nudity (Adam Clayton the bassist from U2).

While I don't have an issue with full frontal nudity at all, apparantly it's against the Ledge rules. Jason's pictures did not include twig and berries.

That's exactly what the issue was. So the pictures were not "exactly the same". We had a long discussion about it. I didn't personally find the full frontal offensive but it isn't appropriate for this board. The Jason ones are probably right on the line though. But hell, they're good! Also, they're nothing anyone can't see in an ad today.
