I think Stevie does chemical peels on her face. And definitely a neck lift. I don't notice any Botox or face lift signs, but then, I am no expert.

I personally think her neck may have been pulled or lifted or something at one point. Not that I care, I'd do the same thing if I was a 57 year old rock star with $$$.

Nice pics, all in all. Stevie looks good. Good bone structure, as Dame Edna would say -- eyes on each side, a nose in the middle, etc. etc. Doesn't suit everybody. . . .

I think she's definitely had some eye work done and a neck lift. She had some stuff done around '97, I think it's pretty obvious from a lot of the pictures. The user named Lindsey Jr. has a pic in his sig from back then where Stevie's face looks tight. I had never seen that pic until last week and it was sheer size of her lips that first alarmed me.

The grammy pic? Definitely. Her lips still looked normal on The Dance.

Not that they didn't afterwards, but it's definitely noticable.

Yes, I truly believe that Stevie's inner beauty is so strong, it shines through to her face. (make up or not). Singing on stage is I believe when she feels most happy (IMHO). Her eyes light up and her smile always reminds me of a little kid that sees that perfect bike or puppy under a Christmas tree on Christmas morning. Just total happiness and wonderment.

Well, I for one am happy that Stevie is not overdoing any nips or tucks because it can backfire on you. I would rather have Stevie perform on stage looking "raw" than be a freak of nature like Joan Rivers.

It was stated earlier how Stevie looks more like her mom without makeup and that is a compliment in my book because Stevie's Mom looks pretty good.
(must be in the Nicks' gene pool to look fabulous).

You know what's weird? I never thought Stevie would wear or even own a scrunchie. I don't know why.

I like it. It is like she just threw her hair up in a pony tail and is about ready to
sit on a couch all comfy with a cup of coffee to chat with friends.
