She was never that disgustingly thin. From when she was on "Arliss" to "Sideways," she looked like a normal woman. Now she's a twig with some skin wrapped around it. I almost gagged, especially considering the camera adds poundage.

Oh, I was happy Huffman was the winning housewife!
I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate Everybody Loves Raymond. What unfunny crap. I'm so happy it's off the air. Shatner shouldn't have won, he's annoying. I kinda thought that Ian McShane should have won over Spader. Spader's good, but he wasn't deserving of a second Emmy, Kiefer Sutherland just annoys me, and while I like House, Hugh Laurie gets too showy sometimes.

Er...I just looked at the pic of Oh. She looks thinner than before, you're right. The whole collar bone sticking up two inches from the top of your shoulder isn't that cool.

I think Sandra is suffering from Ally GetReal syndrome. Remember how thin Portia got on that show? Everyone was losing weight to be as thin as Calista? I don't know, but in an idustry where you can't be too thin, having Pompeo on your show might make food look not so good. That chick is sickeningly thin.

Ms Huffman is so sexy. They always have her a mess on DH cuz that's her character but I love seeing her all dolled up. And Marcia Cross? My jaw was practically on the floor when she came out.

Hey, is there a pic anywhere in this thread of Sandra Oh's dress??? I saw the top part and it looked cute, but I'd like to see the whole thing.
You're right -- she looks great curvy. I loved the 40s 'do, as well.

Pompeo is very thin, but she looked kind of normal with it, IMO. Not as bony and stringy as Oh.

You think? I thought she looked completely emaciated and gross.

Yeah, no, I didn't. Some people are just skinny. I dunno.

Love of your LIFE, etc. (Besides David, Will, Zach, and Bradley.) How do we handle all these TV boyfriends, Hayley?

Thanks for posting those pics of JG, Tiff. She looked pretty if a bit uncomfortable. She told E! that she is still able to do some high kicking in some stuff they're filming and she said it's in retaliation for the baby kicking her all the time. I giggled at that, but only because I'm a female and baby stuff makes me giggle. It's hormonal.

Oh, yeah he does. Sorry. It's gross, I know. He's just a sex bomb, and I'm hormonal.

So sorry I missed that! He was a little subduuuuued in his acceptance speech, too.

Ah, Zach. My future husband. I only discovered him with Garden State. That's when we fell in love, you know? You're all invited to the wedding.

And did I mention Marcia Cross? (Oh, right. I did. As did everyone else). Stunning. Stun. Ning. When I grow up, I want to look like her.

The only reason Everybody Loves Raymond won so much was from the sympathy vote. I loved that show the first season, before it got all popular and over-exposed. I haven't watched it in years.

Heart Brucie's Emmy Thoughts

My thoughts...
Best dressed: Marcia Cross. Gorgeous from head to toe. Everything worked. The color of the dress was dreamy against her pale skin and red (love the extensions, Mar!) hair. She was breathtaking.
Runner up: Halle Berry. Loved the blue Ungaro dress. The look was very retro but today - does that make sense? She looked stunning.
I thought John Stewart looked handsome as hell. Letterman looked equally great - Dave really had it going on. I loved his homage to Johnny Carson. Had to call Livia after that aired...we were both vaklempt.

Now, the bad: What is up with William Shatner?? I know he won't ever be a svelte man, but my God...you could barely see his eyes he was so bloated! He looked like a sodium-injected Pugg. He could be Jerry Lewis' twin. They both need to be deflated.
Patricia Arquette's hair? I kept waiting for it to blow up and fly across the air ala Debbie Harry in Hairspray.
Stockard Channing looked good but her teeth looked a bit funky to me - was it just the bad lighting on the red carpet?
Star Jones needs to hang it up. I've never seen so much ass kissing! And while girlfriend did lose a few pounds, she needs to realize that doesn't give her the right to dress like she's a size 6. Exhale, beya.

Can't wait to see the Fashion Police with Kathy Griffin tonight and what Joan Rivers will have to say on her TV Guide hour...

<3 <3 <3 Where are they?

Spuffy for life, yo! Where is Greg when we need him?

Joan Rivers was just on TV talking about how Star Jones blew her off on the red carpet! Ha! Battle of the [censored]!!@!!! I smell Celebrity Deathmatch!!

While I liked her hair, I thought the same thing. All she needed was a Sonny Bono lookalike for an accessory and she would have been good to go.
