Many forums of this size have one. You can simply refer people to that board if they act out of line, even move posts over there and keep the other boards 'clean' so you will.
It's a simple solution.

This is a good idea. For the people who really do like to post about this all the time, it would give them a place to satisfy that urge.

Could be the ideal place for 'risky' discussions about politics and so on too.

I have nothing to say about the rest of the thread except this: If we can't say something as simple as "damn," or "piss", then there's something wrong with this "free speech" thing that's getting even more impared by the minute. I thought we were allowed to express our opinions on this board - no matter how pleasant the wording.
