I would rather have new songs too as long as she doesn't write anymore lines like "It hurts my self esteem it hurts my everything" I don't think BOB DYLAN would write a line like that. or "I only say what you want to here when there is conflict I stay clear"

How about:

Another version of "Planets of the Universe" that doesn't have all those damned synthesizers and sounds more like the demo version. I'm sorry but, in my book, only Lindsey can get away with writing really depressing lyrics and then setting them to overly synthesized beats (see studio version of "Go Insane").

The rest? I don't care as long as it doesn't sound like TISL. And keep Sheryl Crow the hell out of the project. I like what she does with her own work, but she needs to leave Stevie's alone.

Yeah, let's have John Shanks back to make her sound like even more of an AC grandma than he did the first time around the block. At least Sheryl put some life into her songs.

I want her new album to be really rock and roll. Songs like Fall From Grace, TISL, Running through the Garden, and Everybody Finds Out are what her current voice is made for. She sounds best on these fast paced rocking songs and I would love an album basically full of these types of songs.

3. Joan of Arc (LOVE this song, and I think she could still rock it out)

5. Gold and Braid (like a new version, finally put on an album)
6. Lady from the Mountain
7. If You Were My Love (prefer it to sound like the mirage outtake version)
8. Love Don't Fail Me Now
9. Chanel, Chanel
10. Blue Water
11. Space Needle (shortened, its too long)

13. Ooh Baby (but definitely redone)

Pavlov's Bell (Aimee Mann cover)
If You Were My Love (in the vein of the Fleetwood Mac version)

Something Exquisite (tweak the lyrics and get rid of the 80s cheese)
When Sunny Gets Blue (Etta James cover)
Joan of Arc (only if she can keep it as sinister as the original)
Inspiration (new vocal and just an acoustic guitar)
