It's so bad because I just declared yesterday that I wasn't spending any money on clothing and things until Vegas and what do I do today? Put these on hold for me to pick up after work. A coworker has them on and was like, "YOU HAVE TO GET THEM!!!" and I agree

Shoes...oh man. I went to Aldo the other night. I had to hold back. I still haven't gone to DSW...i'm afraid at the damage I might do

Me, too. Only mine are comfy cute flats with an ankle strap (ankle strap - very important) - just the toe and heel covered. They are at Sketchers, but they are fifty dollars.

Yes, you caught me, I'll probably get them anyway....

Cute. What I need are kitten-heeled gold sandals. And my sneakers have had it with all the sand and salt put on the roads this winter. Folks are right about needing sneakers in Vegas. In '93 My friend had blisters from walking around there all day. She was wearing Keds which have no support. She bought some real sneakers and then was fine. Even still, at night for the concert I'm wearing heels.

I? Am *sniffle*like the *gulp*only one out of *sob*everyone that hasn't *sniffle* found cool clothes for *tears* Vegas yet!

I went to Kohls yesterday (we just got our first Kohls here. It's OK I guess.) Found a few cute tops. Tried on larges. All too small.

Not sure how that works, since I usually wear a medium top & have a B cup.

I am working out, have lost 3 pounds but everything I find does not work - Med is too small, Lg is too big (with the exception of the Kohls tragedy.) Godammit.

Done venting. Have period. Very upset today.

Aww sweetie, f*ck Kohls. Spend some money and you'll get something that fits right. And remember, always blame the clothes, NEVER your body. It's the clothes, dammit!!! And I hear you, at The Gap the medium top often doesn't fit and I'm like, "Hello?". But it's the shirt's fault, NOT my bod's!

*still weeping* I KNOW, I KNOW but I'm very very broke now & can't afford nice clothes.

I'm so bloated & pastey white, my face is broken out & I need a hair cut. I am feeling SO good about myself right now.

I swear, I will find something in the next couple of weeks if it kills me. KILLS me, I say!

I don't want to wear sneakers all day! Maybe my shoes will be comfy enough.... yes, suze, you definitely need those kitten heeled gold sandals, especially considering your shawl and dress.

Oh, and Paula? I didn't really go shopping for Vegas, just the same old stuff I would buy anyway. cute black skirts and dresses. Oh, and....*Ross* - so it's not like I really went shopping...

Is it shopping when what you buy costs $12? probably not. I got a cute one shoulder w/ring black tank top for $5.99.

I'm bloated and pasty too (sans nose and forehead which are still sunburned and nose is now peeling). I'm going to be tanning from the bottle though before Vegas. The Nutrogena stuff is good. But I do dread putting on that swimsuit, but not enough to avoid the pool! It sounds like this pool is amazing, the one at the MGM Grand was so awesome! You can rent cabanas there but they were expensive. They have these misty things though you can press to cool yourself off as you sip your cocktail under the cabana, ahhhh.

I'm getting my hair done Friday! Paula, do that first, it's an easy way to give yourself a lift. Then raid the clearance racks at the mid to high end stores because you just may find something fabulous. If not, wait until you have some dough but don't try on those awful clothes ever again! And get yourself some of that stuff Deanna got that helped her skin, what was that again? Dammit, we can't have you pouty for vegas. Oh crap, does this mean the monthly bill is going to arrive in time for Vegas? Shiza, mine too, son of a...

Dude, I am with you on that ankle strap! I love those kind of sandals. Did you see the wrap around silver ones in the blue dress pic I posted the other day? Those are fabulous!

Yes, those are nice shoes. The problem with the tie ankle ones, though, is that they don't stay up very well.

Amber, I think that I might be in the same boat or it will be before it and I am a cranky b'tch then, too.

I have NOTHING done.

I need to get a new carry on bag because mine has a rip in it.

I need a haircut like you would not believe and then I have to color it myself.

I have NO clothes and I need some cute shoes. I will be going to Dots for clothes because I am flat broke. I don't even want to try any on because I am too fat and I have made NO effort at all to diet or exercise.

I have to renew my stupid drivers license before May 8th and I leave on that day. That's $30.00 for that. That is for 5 yrs so it's not too much.

I owe Dad $ that I had to pay him this week because he owes taxes.

To be honest I am thinking of just saying forget it to Vegas at this point.

However, I will say it looks like a bunch of people's Sisters are visiting in the same week.

Amber, I am sure that I will still go. I will just have to do a little bit of shopping each week. I am seriously thinking of just putting some tape on that damn carry on bag. I love it because it is the perfect size to take on the plane and I can get a lot of stuff in there. If I see one just like it I will grab it.I just don't feel like going to look for one.

As for clothes I am sure that I will get something at Dots. I'll even go to Kmart for a nightgown or some t-shirts.
