Most Romantic Movie Moments:

When Christian sings "Come What May" to Satine in 'Moulin Rouge'....
And when Jamie and Ste dance to "Dream A Little Dream", at the end of 'Beautiful Thing.'

Don't laugh... but i think the end of the original Parent Trap is totally romantic... they have been separated for 12 years... no contact, and their twin daughters bring them back together... they are having stew for dinner in the kitchen... maureen o'hara in bare feet and some random dress, brian keith looking early 1960s studly... and they look at each other... and start talking about things they miss about each other.... her hair pins mixed up with his fishing hooks, her nylons hanging in the bathroom, his razor being dull 'cause she used it to shave her legs... and he says it's no fun swearing cause she's not around to pretend she's shocked by it... and then they embrace... and she goes "oh Mitch, it's been so long!" and they kiss and then suddenly they are getting remarried...

Anyway, how could I forget that moment...hahaha...my mom used to hate the "Oh Mitch...it's been so long...so very long..." line...hahah...but I agree, it's a sweet and romantic movie moment....haha

I LOVE The Parent Trap. It was my mom's favorite movie, and I'm named after Hayley Mills.

Ha - it was one of my mom's favorite movies as well...even though the end part annoyed her haha...

I'm not named after anyone interesting...but after seeing that movie when I was a kid - I wanted a German Shepard (that I could name Andromeda) for the loongest time hahaha...

Its cheesiness is part of its charm. It goes from almost slapstick, physical comedy to over-the-top melodrama. It's really a well-done film. If nothing else, watch it for the costumes, art design, and Kidman's performance. She really shines in her role.

Then again, I just watched Gothica and it was terrible, so who knows what's next.

You know, you might not be so much into the mask thing if you'd just kiss people with attractive faces.

- Jake
Wait, you don't like Grease? I thought everyone could stand that musical. I really hate musicals, but I love it.

I totally agree with this.

Also, the scene in 28 Days Later when Selena and Jim finally kiss, right after she figures out that he isn't a zombie and decides not to bash his brains in. I love it.

Add me to the list of those who don't like Meg Ryan. I don't see the appeal there.

I love Grease, but can totally understand where people wouldn't....nowadays, I can't sit through it unless I'm really in the mood to....otherwise it bugs the crap outta me...

Also- I love Meg Ryan...haha...I adore Sleepless in Seattle, and I adore You've Got Mail and I just love her...

Haven't seen either of them, but I like Dream a Little Dream.
