I know where all those places are! I grew up in Camden, TN, which is in between Nashville and Jackson. I went to college in Knoxville at UT. Now, I live in Newport. My brother married a girl from Cleveland---Katie Watson. She has an older brother, Buck. Her mom was a teacher, and her dad owned Watson's Grocery Store in Cleveland. I bet you know them. They still live there. Well, except for Katie, she and my brother live in Knoxville. That is so cool that you used to live here. I feel we have a connection other than the Mac now.

Don't I know it but I can't see how people could be that mean to make fun of someone's looks.

I would sincerely hope no one would ever be that rude to anyone -- the only people i'd expect that kind of behavior from is a troll and even then, it's certainly wrong and unwarranted.

HOLLLEEEEE CRAP! I know where Watson's is. That is so bizarre. My girlfriend at the time, Melissa, used to go there with her mother. I may know the mother, did she teach in Geometry...?

No, I think she taught second or third grade. I'm not sure what elementary school. I will have to find out. Her name is Susan Watson. It is still cool that we have a connection.

Very cool. I got pulled over for a speeding-ticket one time in Jackson. Had to go to court over it, and it took me an hr to find the courthouse in that town. I felt like I was in the backwoods! The judge took one look at me and said "You drove all the way from Athens to contest this?" It was about 8:30am and I said "yes sir I did, I..." he cut me off and said "get out of here and go home, boy!"

I really miss the TN area. It still feels like "home" when I go back there, but I hate the small town mentality of everyone. You cant fault em though...
