My box is full(that's what Stevie said) except for one spot. After 21 years here, it's full of messages that I'd rather not delete.

As of today I am 22 years cigarette free. I was smoking a pack and a half a day when I decided to quit. I did it cold turkey. Cigs cost $4.50 a pack when I stopped. I had cravings every day, four times a day for eleven months and fought every one of them and won.
